As every year, BGCE sent a brave and glorious team to the Elite Cup.
Players from all 3 locations (Erlangen, München and Garching) joined forces for a very good 5th place. Besides, BGCE was the only team who succeeded to arrive in the quarter finals with 3 won games in the group stage. And, we managed to beat FIM 1, the winner of the Elite Cup of 2016!

The 2016 opening weekend of the whole “BGCE family” took place at the Generali-Seminarzentrum in Bernried. Report and pictures …

On November 19, 2015, this year’s ENB graduation ceremony took place in Augsburg. In a celebratory ambiance, also several BGCE students were present to receive their ENB certificates.

The 5th BGCE Student Paper Prize has been awarded to Mr. David Emerson (Tufts University, USA). Congratulations!
David Emerson will visit FAU and TUM in the summer.

Applications for the 5th BGCE Student Paper Prize are possible until December 14, 2014. .

The BGCE funding for the upcoming 5 years has recently been approved! So BGCE will continue its successful story up to 2020 (at least ;-)). Thanks once again to everybody who contributed to this success, and thanks to the Elitenetzwerk Bayern and the two supporting universities TUM and FAU.

On November 13, 2014, this year’s ENB graduation ceremony took place in Nürnberg. In a celebratory ambiance, also several BGCE students were present to receive their ENB certificates (some impressions).

On Oct. 30, 2014, the whole BGCE “family” gathered in Garching to party the 10 successful years as well as to applaude this year’s BGCE graduates. For details, see the ENB report on the event.

One day before the final of the FIFA World Cup, BGCE managed to put his “golden generation” into scene: The team made it to the semi finals of the ENB Elite Cup 2014!
Our heros involved all 3 locations (Erlangen, München and Garching) who joined forces for this best soccer cup result in BGCE history! Congrats!
